The project proposes the construction of an object 1-2-3-4 floors above ground, and one floor underground. The project is conceived with an open central space in the center with two linear stairs that distribute the flows and harmonize the project in relation to the context. A part of the surface is used for various services while the other part is solved with apartments.
The facades emphasize the ratio of light and shadow that the volumes create with each other. The materials used are wood cladding in combination with travertine cladding in the other part. The technique used in the project is that of engraving and this is also evidenced in the materiality of the facade where the parts where it is engraved are treated with wood cladding while the rest of the contrast effect is left with travertine material.
The systemization of the terrain has been solved depending on the flows of movements by creating courtyards for each apartment and also by creating the possibility of access to the entire site by means of a path that circles the entire property. The lines used are organic to emphasize the sensitivity and character of the project in general.
